PPE is required annually and shall not be taken earlier than April 1 preceding the school year for which it is applicable.

We’re excited to offer online athletic registration for both LMS and LHS through Arbiter
Registration. This secure, eco-friendly platform allows you to register once and reuse your

Student Registration Guide
Before You Register
● Get a KSHSAA Physical Form:
○ Pick it up from the LMS or LHS main office, or download it here: KSHSAA
Physical Form (PDF)
● Schedule a Physical Appointment:
○ Have the doctor complete and sign the physical form.
● Upload Completed Form:
○ During registration, upload the signed form (page 4 is the only required document).
Keep the original. No paper packets
will be submitted to the school.
Create an Arbiter Account
○ Sign up here: https://account.familyid.com/signup
○ Check your email to activate your account.
2. Register Your Student
○ Visit: https://students.arbitersports.com/louisburg-school-district
○ Follow the instructions to complete the forms online.
3. Submit Registration
○ Click the blue "Submit" button at the end.
○ You'll receive a confirmation email once completed.
4. Access or Update Your Info Anytime
○ Go to: www.arbitersports.com
○ Select the Registrations tab to view or update.
