USD #416 utilizes Xello as one of our tools to help students prepare for the future. Xello offers a variety of activities from kindergarten to the end of high school. These activities help students build self-knowledge, explore their options, and create achievable plans. Students develop 221st - century skills needed to thrive in the world of work as well as discover their own personal strengths through several inventories used throughout this program.
