Louisburg Middle School Welcomes Megan Hankins as the new Principal starting the 23-24 school year. Hankins was approved at a special board meeting that took place June 7, 2023. Hankins will be replacing Pete Proctor and will begin her duties on July 24th.
Hankins has worked as a teacher, dance coach and track coach. She has taught physical education for 24 years with most of those being in the Olathe School District.
Megan is working towards her doctorate degree at Baker University and hopes to finish in the near future.
Louisburg Middle School Welcomes Ty Pfannensteil as their new Assistant Principal. Pfannensteil will also be the Activities Director for 7th-12th Grade. Pfannensteil was approved at a special board meeting that took place June 7, 2023. He will start his new duties on July 24, 2023.
Pfannensteil was a former teacher and coach for LHS. He was named the Sports in Kansas Class 4A Coach of the Year for the 20-21 basketball season.
He is excited to start his new role for USD #416 school district.
Rockville Elementary Welcomes Janneil Crader as the new Principal starting the 23-24 school year. Crader was approved at a special board meeting that took place June 7, 2023.
Crader has been an elementary classroom teacher for twelve years. She is coming to USD #416 from Blue Valley School District where she completed the Teacher Leader Academy, served on the BlendED Technology Squad and Building Leadership Team.
She obtained her Masters in School Leadership from Emporia State University.
