USD #416 is pleased to announce Dotty Harding Currently, Dotty teaches 1st grade at Rockville Elementary School. Mrs. Harding was nominated by her teaching peers. Mrs. Harding's colleagues describe her as a team player who always does what she believes is best for her students. Her fellow staff members continued to compliment Mrs. Harding by stating, "she is a positive, energetic teacher who truly looks to find the good in each of her co-workers and in her students. Dotty does not need pats on the back or someone telling her that she is doing a great job; that isn't why Dotty teachs. Dotty teaches because she has a genuine love of teaching and believes that each and every day, we, as teachers, make a difference."
