A little bit about me:
I am a fourth generation educator. I grew up in northeast Oklahoma and southeast Kansas, graduated from the same high school as my parents (Labette County High School), attended Kansas State University and graduated from Emporia State University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Education.
I have been a member of the LHS English department for twelve years. In addition to teaching ENG 100, ENG 200 and PreAP, I am also the LEO club advisor.
My wonderful husband, John, and I have four children, three of whom are in the Louisburg school district - Evan, Olivia, and Kira. Our son, Ethan, attends high school in Wichita Falls, TX.
I enjoy traveling, cooking, running, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
