Ambassadors welcome new students to the school district.

An ambassador is a helping person that greets new students at the beginning of each school year and may be called upon throughout the year to help new students that move into the district. Ambassadors are students who have been referred by various staff members to assist students.

Ambassadors introduce new students to teachers; assist new students with their lockers, classes, and the cafeteria. If possible, the Ambassadors eat lunch with new students or introduce them to students to eat lunch with them. They also discuss school programs, organizations and activities.
