Dear USD #416 Wildcat Family, This past legislative session, the Kansas Legislature passed, and the Governor signed, House Bill 2506. In this bill, the legislatures wanted schools to make sure they were providing the Rose Capacities, or Standards, to all students across Kansas. The Rose Capacities are made up of seven standards that the Supreme Court, Governor, and Legislature believe should be in all Kansas Schools.
