Forms, Guidelines (will be updated for 2013-14)

Payments can be made through these options:

RevTrak Online Payments - being updated for (FY14) 2013-14 after May 24, 2013.

(need to copy extra receipt to accompany enrollment form to insure accuracy and credit for payment)

Form can be returned through one of three options:

1. by mail to:    Louisburg High School
                         P.O. Box 399
                         Louisburg, KS 66053

NOTE: Post Office will not deliver if using "202 Aquatic Drive" as address.

2. to enrollment drop boxin front of high school building during the month of July.

1. in person on August 6, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. for Schedule Changes
  - Seniors 8:00-9:30 a.m.
  - Juniors 9:30-11:00 a.m.
  - Sophomores 12:00-1:30 p.m.
  - Freshmen 1:30-3:00 p.m.
