Louisburg High: Enrollment

2010-11 LHS Enrollment

Forms, Guidelines

Payments can be made through two options:

    1. check, or
    2. online through Louisburg RevTrak Online 
      (need to copy extra receipt to accompany enrollment form to insure accuracy and credit for payment)

Form can be returned through one of three options:

    1. by mail to:     Louisburg High School          
                           P.O. Box 399  
                           Louisburg, KS 66053

 NOTE:  Post Office will not deliver if using 202 Aquatic Drive as address.

    1. to enrollment drop box in front of high school building during the month of July.
    2. in person on August 10, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. for Schedule Changes
      • Seniors            8:00-9:30 a.m.
      • Juniors             9:30-11:00 a.m.
      • Sophomores   12:00-1:30 p.m.
      • Freshmen          1:30-3:00 p.m.
