ENROLLMENT 2013-2014 - Fees due August 6, 2013

AUGUST 6, 2013 (Walk-in Day)

Parents who have not yet returned enrollment forms and/or paid fees in advance will be encouraged to do so on designated enrollment dates and times. All fees are due no later than August 6, 2013.

NOTE: Changes in fee payment process for 2013-14: 

FULL PAYMENT – due August 6, 2013

•  Full payment of school fees due on walk-in date of Tuesday, August 6, 2013.
•  If eligible for waived or reduced fees, application must be completed PRIOR to August 1, 2013 for processing to be completed in time for walk-in date.  2013-14 Free/Reduced Applications will be available online July 1, 2013. Hard copies available at district office July 29 - August 1  or by appointment (no longer handled at the building level).  Forms must be turned in PRIOR to August 1 for eligibility to be determined for waived fees in a timely manner or full payment will be expected. 

BUS FEES – completed at Bus Barn (reduced fee for early payment BEFORE July 1, 2013 )

• Bus riders must have a 2013-14 registration form on file in the transportation office in order to ride the bus.  There will be a walk-in bus enrollment on June 28, 2013 at the transportation office located at 7420 W. 68 Highway across from Louisburg Middle School.  Bus enrollment will be from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
  • Single Rider PAID BEFORE July 1^st - $165
  • Maximum Family Fee PAID BEFORE July 1^st - $240
  • Single Rider paid AFTER July 1^st - $175
  • Maximum Family Fee paid AFTER July 1^st - $250

Forms for returning students as well as students new to the district are available through building links below. Documents will need to be printed, signed, and returned to your child's school.

K-12 teacher assignments for 2013-14 will not be posted on the front doors this year (FERPA violation). This year you will need to log on to the Parent Portal to view student schedules. K-12 SCHEDULES WILL BE AVAILABLE after August 1, 2013
