Kids Read get reviews on books kids love to read.
Yahoo Kids searches its subject tree of child-safe and popular sites.
Ask for kids - lets students type in questions and then it gathers web sites where the answer might be found.
Internet Public Library for kids - lots of online references available.
KidsClick! - a web search engine for kids maintained by librarians. Use search words or use their subject tree of 600 high-quality sites.
ALA Subject Tree - over 700 kid-safe web sites organized in a subject tree maintained by the American Library Association.
