Broadmoor 3-5 Elem: Enrollment Information

2010-11 BES Enrollment

Grades 3-5

Payments can be made through two options:

    1. CHECK or
    2. ON-LINE through Louisburg RevTrak Online 
      (need to copy extra receipt to accompany enrollment form to insure accuracy and credit for payment)

Forms can be returned through one of two options:

  • MAIL TO:  Broadmoor Elementary School          
                                  P.O. Box 367  
                                  Louisburg, KS 66053
  • WALK IN:
    August 10, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m    .
